Jumbo walls are a form of partitioning used when there is a need to create a division extending from floor to ceiling.  These are usually used in warehouse and industrial factory style spaces but can also be used to create additional offices or meeting areas.

The partitions can be constructed to account for any width or height making them flexible enough to  meet the needs of any working space even those with exceptionally high ceilings. The walls are flexible enough to be fitted around existing structures and are easy to install in a relatively short period of time.

Jumbo walls are built around metal stud framework.  This provides a robust frame for attaching plasterboard.  Insulation of different types can be installed at manufacture to provide solutions for temperature or noise issues.  

When used in combination with other forms of partitioning you can meet a variety of needs including the prevention of cross contamination between areas, stopping excessive movement of dust within an area and maintaining heat and noise levels within reasonable limits.  

Fire-Rated Dividing Walls

Where regulations require a firewall the jumbo wall can be built specifically to meet the existing building regulations.  It provides a fast and cost effective alternative to major construction.

For maximum fire resistance – and also noise reduction – the installation of the wall should be staggered.  This does not change the outside appearance which is still smooth and you can have your own choice of colour to suit your own aesthetics.
